We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $35, and those orders will ship out via FedEx. This offer is only available on U.S. orders and may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive.
Before reaching out, please check with your neighbors, building lobby, and the areas surrounding your home to ensure the order wasn’t left somewhere or picked up by someone else. Please note that occassionally, packages may be scanned by the carrier
Standard Shipping is a flat rate calculated by the weight of your order. Expedited shipping is a flat rate based on how quickly you would like your order to arrive. You may choose any of these options at checkout:
We typically ship orders the business day after you purchase. If you order on a Friday, please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered to Canada. We ship to any U.S. State or Territory, including Puerto Rico. We also ship FPO/AP.
We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.
