Can I use a gift card in a café?
Yes! You can purchase gift cards in any of our cafés, or order one online here (for in-café use only).
How can I check my café gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance here, or utilize the QR code on the back of your gift card. These types of gift cards are redeemable in any of our cafés.
What types of payment do you accept in cafés?
Our cafés accept any major debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, or exact change as a payment option. If none of those options are the best suited for you, we can always add cash onto a Compass Coffee gift card to use as payment. Your change will remain

Can I get a receipt from my café purchase?
If you need to request a receipt, pleaes email [email protected] with the time, date, and location of your visit, as well as the last four of your credit card number. Our communications team will forward your email to the café Manager of that

How can I get a refund for a café purchase?
To receive a refund from an in-café purcahse, please email [email protected] with the time, date, café location of your purchase, as well as the last four digits of your credit card number. Our communications team will forward your email over
Can I reserve a table for a large group?
Most of our cafés are equipped with seating for groups of many sizes. At this time, our tables are a first come first serve, so we recommend getting to the café early to grab a table!
Can I bring my empty tin into a café for a refill?
You can refill your empty tin in any of our cafés with any beans currently served behind bar. You also get $1 off when you refill your tin!
Do you have WiFi in cafés?
Yes! You will find WiFi at all of our cafés. See you soon!
Do you offer to-go coffee carriers?
Yes! Come pick up a coffee carrier to fuel your next meeting. Please email [email protected] with 24-hours notice to order ahead or visit your café to order onsite.
How does the café rewards program work?
In cafés, customers earn two waypoints for every $1 spent. Sign up here or in any of our cafés to start earning free drinks, coffee and more!
Are Compass Coffee cafés dog friendly?
We love pups, and offer dog biscuits and pup cups at all cafés. Per local health codes, only service dogs are allowed inside our cafés.
